While browsing any websites we often see a prompt that says “Sign in with Google ”. These prompts are helpful if you want to register to any website. But what if you just want to visit that site for some information and these prompts disturb you. In such a scenario, these prompts seem to be very disturbing and everyone looks out for a way by which they can surpass these prompts.
You do not have to worry about it now because, in this blog, we are providing you a solution to your problem by which you can disable these prompts conveniently.
How To Disable The “Sign in with Google” Prompt on Websites?
We use different browsers to surf the internet and we are signed in to these browsers by our Gmail account normally and “Sign in with Google” is the inbound characteristic of a Google account. To stop such prompts on websites, you need to disable the prompt in the Google account settings. This change in setting will be made to the desktop and any other browser you are using like in mobile.
To initiate the process of removal of “Sign in with Google,” please visit Google my account in your browser and log in with the credentials.
- Once you are logged in to Google my account, then select Security.
- Select the option signing in with Google by scrolling down.
- Turn off the Google Account sign-in prompts.
After the changes, it will appear like this.
Once you switch off the toggle button, you will get an updated message on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. This will be the confirmation that your settings are changed.
Note: – If you have multiple accounts, and you want to apply the same changes to other accounts also then repeat the same process by logging into those accounts.
