In such cases, it is fairly easy to remove Activate Windows watermark by simply reactivating the Windows. Here is how you can activate your Windows using your Product key:

For Windows 10:

Step 1: Simply Go to Cortana and search for Activation Settings.

Step2: If you see the option to Enter Product Key, Great. If you don’t, click on Change Product Key.

For Windows 8.1

Step 1: Right Click on Computer or My Computer on either the Desktop or the Start Menu.

Step4: Enter Product Key and click on Next and Done.

2. You seem to have misplaced the Product Key.

How to Fetch Product Key using Command Prompt?

In order to fetch your previously used product key via command prompt, follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Search for Command Prompt in the Start Menu.

Step2: Right click on it and Choose Open as Administrator.

Step 3: Enter command:

wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

Step 4: Hit Enter.

Now you should be seeing a 25 Character Product key on the Screen. Copy the Product key and use it to Activate Windows following the steps mentioned above. So, this is how to Fetch Product Key using Command Prompt.
