Want a Secure way of Digital Signature?
If you have to sign a contract or agreement then use a cryptographic signature. Because they’re not just a “drawn name” or an “image.” They’re actually secure, encrypted stamps that confirm two things:
- Who signed it (the signer’s identity, name, certificate details).
- When it was signed (date and time).
So when you open a PDF with a digital signature, you’ll usually see a special box/field showing:
- Signer’s name
- Time of signing
- Whether the signature is valid
How is cryptographic signature more secure?
Cryptographic signatures are designed to protect authenticity. They are more secure because, if someone tries to remove this kind of signature it will break that “chain of trust”. That means the PDF will clearly show that the original signature is invalid or has been tampered with. Showing someone tried to make changes in the document after signing.
Steps to add Cryptographic Signatures
- Go to Secure tab from the top menu
- In the Secure tab click on ‘Digital Sign’.

- You’ll see a message, do as it says, click and drag to draw the area where you want to sign.

- Then fill up all the details and you are done.

Save your Signed PDF
- Once done, save your signed PDF file.
- If you want both copies the ‘Save As’.

And that’s it! With Systweak PDF Editor, signing a PDF is quick, secure, and paperless. Whether it’s for business, legal, or personal use, you’ll never have to worry about printing and scanning again.
