You will then receive an email from Instagram with all your data within 48 hours.

Step 2: Now Access your Data

• Once you get the mail from Instagram, tap on it and log in to your account if asked.
• Now download your data. The data will be in the form of a zip folder.
• Extract the data and look for the file labeled as json. In this file, you will find your Instagram messages.
• Open it with the help of a text editor or a browser.

Method 2: Utilization Notification History Feature
