Connect Better With Your Audience : How To Schedule Messages On Instagram

Why Do I Need To Schedule DM on Instagram?

Whether you’re an influencer or an entrepreneur or a content creator, with every new Instagram follower engaging with them and connecting over direct messages becomes extremely vital. Engagement with your followers not only ensures you share a personal connection with your audience but also improves the potential of your business.

However, replying to each and every direct message can become a bit cumbersome, and sending generic replies to every follower will only hurt your prospects in the longer run. Even if you’re not someone with huge followers and are only on Instagram to keep in touch with your friends and family, you could be missing out on birthday wishes and festival greetings.

Thankfully, Instagram developers  have noticed how replying to every message is a tough task, especially for user accounts with millions of followers. In the most recent Instagram update, users now have the ability to schedule text message replies in their Instagram DMs.

How To Schedule Instagram Messages?

Before we get to the steps of scheduling direct messages on Instagram, you must know that currently, only text messages can be scheduled for up to 29 days. Videos, Audio or Photos, unfortunately cannot be added to the scheduled messages for now.

Text messages can be scheduled for both Group Chats and Individual messages and you can schedule multiple text messages. Also, the feature is currently only available for Mobile users on both Android and iOS platforms and isn’t available if you’re using Instagram on Windows.
