Did you know that Samsung has released a new update on One UI 7 that allows users to create AI-powered call transcripts? Yes, You read that right! In simple terms, you can read your call anytime you like. However, since it is AI-generated, we will have to overlook a few errors in the transcript until further updates are released.
Some of you may ask “What is the need for transcribing calls”? I personally feel that this feature is a cool addition to our smartphone. This feature can be used to generate a transcript of important calls for students, office workers, and client conversions. When you know that your calls are being transcribed, you can pay more attention and focus on the call rather than taking notes. It is also better than the call recording feature where listening and making notes by listening to an audio clip takes more time and effort.
Define – AI Call Transcripts.
Samsung has introduced AI call transcripts as a new feature that is included with Galaxy AI. This feature will be rolled out with the One UI 7 update. It will help users generate a transcript of all the recorded calls. Users can read the transcript anytime without the need for a physical pen and paper to write down important notes during the call.
Note– You have to record the call to create transcripts. Also when you start recording, all the parties on the call will be alerted that the call is being recorded. This is necessary due to the two-party consent laws.
