“Start High Priority” is made the default command on executable file’s context menu.

The setting can make “Start High Priority” as the default command to execute, when the executable file (.EXE) is double-clicked.

Tweak for : Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Windows Vista
This setting makes “Start High Priority” as the default command to execute, when the executable file (.EXE) is double-clicked, and it appears on top in the context menu of .EXE files. This command forces Windows to execute the currently selected executable file (.EXE) with maximum priority. This option may affect the stability, performance and speed of the system because you may have put some more programs in queue without noticing their number.

For this, go to Start > Run menu, enter “regedit” and navigate to the registry path listed below. Create the subkey “\SystSHP” as explained below. Now, change the value data of “Default” String value under “SystSHP” to customized string of your choice like “Start High Priority”.

Then, create another sub key with the name “Command” under “SystSHP” and change the value data of “Default” String value to [cmd.exe /c start “SystSHP” /high “%1”].

However, if you want to revert to the original context menu condition, delete the added subkeys and changed values.

The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.
